Wholesale Accounts

We do offer wholesale prices in limited situations.

  • Sales to registered business only. We require a copy of your business license or resale certificate.
  • Wholesale discounts do not apply to birds.
  • Wholesale orders to approved customers only.

Order Process

  1. Order by using the "Buy Now" buttons on this web site.
  2. To complete order, fill in the billing type. DO NOT include credit card numbers at this point!
  3. In most cases, we pick the most economical shipping method. If you have a preference, include it in the notes.
  4. We will process the order and send you an acknowledgment, ALONG WITH A UNIQUE ORDER NUMBER.
  5. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an e-mail with a PayPal payment button*. THIS E-MAIL WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE UNIQUE ORDER NUMBER. If it does not have the correct number, it is not from Spoiled Bird Toys!
  6. When we received the PayPal notice of payment, we ship the item.

*If you want to arrange a different payment method, please contact us. Payment is due at the time of shipping (or on receipt, if you pick it up).

On-line ordering safety

On-line orders are processed through a secure partner. We do not keep your financial information. Any other information is not shared with third parties, only information needed to process and ship your order.

Make sure that your payment invoice e-mail contains the unique order code from your original order! If it does not, please contact us. We can also invoice by mail or other method, but will not ship until the payment is received.

Shipping

Due to the unique nature of some of our products, we are limited to shipping methods. For example: UPS, FedX, and USPS will not carry or would be very expensive for the larger tree stands and will not handle live birds. As such, it is easier for us to select the most economical carrier for your order. Shipping costs will be included in the order invoice.

• For orders under 70lbs, smaller sizes, and to residential addresses, we usually use FedX ground.
• For orders 70 to 140lbs and larger sizes to business addresses, we usually use FedX ground.
• For other orders we usually use a commercial shipping company. Varies by destination.
• Live birds will be counter-to-counter or hand delivery.

You can state a preference in the order notes, but if that company will not take the package (i.e. larger than their maximum) we will have to use an alternative.

Because many of our products are unique in size and weight, we have to calculate the shipping of each order. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If there is shipping damage, this must be documented and claims made against the shipping company.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Spoiled Bird Toy purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will fully refund your money within 30 days for any on-line or mail order. Does not include live birds.
• Refund/return request must be received before 30 days past ship date.
• Does not cover used products (if your bird has chewed it up, you can't return it).
• Refund given when we receive the returned product.
• We do not pay for return shipping. No COD or freight-due shipments will be accepted.
• Refund given in type; i.e. refund of credit card payment goes to that specific card.
